Correct US Freight Pallet Packing

Listed below are guide lines on how a US Freight Services Shipment should be prepared for the best protection from being damage.  All shipments that use US Freight Services are best shipped on a Pallet.

Be sure and protect your shipment from damage and freight claims that may eliminate the carriers liability.  It is best to completely palletize your shipment, maximize pallet strength by stacking boxes vertically, use banding or shrink wrap to secure boxes or shipment to pallet, place cartons squarely on pallet, do not stack shipments over 48" high and use cardboard between layers to strengthen and protect load.

Pallets not stacked evenly or with out a flat top increase the chances of damage claims.
